A really good book for beginners about bunny care is Rabbits for Dummies by Audrey Pavia. You will find this very helpful. I still use mine from time to time as a reference on some things. It will give you a good understanding about everything bunny.

Super Pet Cage Cleaner named Clean Cage- this is a great product. It removes the smell of nasty urine and stains out of rugs!!!!! It will also remove the smell out of poop dishes but not the ugly brown urine stain. I don't know what I would do without it.

Another reference website for rabbits is the House Rabbit Society of Chicago. Website is www.hrschicago.org.
The national website for House Rabbit Society is www.rabbit.org. Here you can find alot of good information on many topics. They also adopt out and foster rabbits.
Nail trimmers we like best are Resco brand Number 727 made for small dogs and cats. They do have very sharp pointed ends so if your rabbit is really difficult to hold still, then these may not be for you. With our Baby, has to struggles to get away from us during the cutting process, she has bumper herself on this points and we have cut her. So although they are harder to use, we use the old fashion, typical nail cutter with the rounded opening that you can find any any pet supply store. Our other bunnies don't fight to get away like Baby does the entire time we are cutting her nails.

Here is some good information on rabbit care from a vet, Susan A. Brown, DVM with the Midwest Bird and Exotic Animal Hospital in Westchester, IL. Click here for pdf file. This is some good reading --- really you need to read this bunny parent. The pdf covers in detail, diet, environment, handling and medical problems.
